PSA unboXed is part of PSA International, a leading global port group with approximately 40 terminals in 16 countries across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Through PSA unboXed, HAKOVO® has access to PSA’s expertise and network to develop and test-bed the HAKOVO® Ecosystem at PSA’s flagship operations in Singapore, with the opportunity to springboard to the global maritime logistics chain alongside PSA International’s network of terminals worldwide.
In September 2018, companies in the Sinar Mas Group has worked with HAKOVO to deliver new digitalised logistics services in Indonesia.
Sinar Mas is one of the largest conglomerates in Indonesia. Formed in 1938, Sinar Mas businesses operate in different sectors such as pulp & paper, real estate, financial services, agribusiness, telecommunications, and mining. The businesses are listed in the Indonesian and Singapore stock exchanges.
In July 2019, PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (EDII) and HAKOVO launched SMART CLEAR INDONESIA (ID). SMART CLEAR ID is now available to all ID Importers, Forwarders and Customs Brokers on the web and mobile enabled Trade2Gov.
Established in 1995, PT EDII is a pioneer company in developing Electronic Data Interchange Services (PDE) in Indonesia, and is a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). With more than 23 years of experience, EDII has provided various solutions to its customers in the field of e-business. PT EDII also supports trade activities, especially facilitation of international trade. And to ensure the quality and information security of all customers, PT EDII has ISO 27001: 2015 certification regarding Information Security Management, and ISO 9001: 2015 about Quality Management.
In September 2021, INTERCOMMERCE and HAKOVO execute a joint Proof of Concept (POC) of the market potential “SMART CLEAR” Declaration by applying HAKOVO’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) system for Philippines Market. This initiative is one of the Philippines government strategies, according to “10 Point Priority Program 2021” published by BUREAU OF CUSTOMS Philippines (BOC).
Philippine Customs Gateway: InterCommerce Network Services, Inc. was established in 1987 as Global Teleprocessing Services, Inc. as the Philippine distributor of GE/GEIS, providing EDI value-added network services for Philippine organizations transacting with global companies.
In January 2023, IHI Jet Service Co., Ltd (IJS), a subsidiary of IHI CORPORATION and HAKOVO launched AI-based AIS Satellite Data for real-time container Tracking product in HAKOVO uNIFIED CUSTOMS CLEARING Platform. The new product enables high visibility, provides arrival prediction of container ships, and simplifies customs clearance procedures.

In September 2023, HAKOVO and TradeWaltz Inc signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a fully digitalized end-to-end trade platform based on sharing data. We are appointed at PROOF-OF-CONCEPTS (POC) company for overseas supply chain diversification support project to establish digitalised End to End Trade Platform for Japan–Indonesia Trade Corrido.
TradeWaltz Inc. was established in Japan, in April, 2020. It operates a cross-industry trade-information collaboration platform, utilizing blockchain technology, in order to digitalize global trade. It organizes “Trade Consortium”, which has more than 200 corporations involved in trade. TradeWaltz is actively working on overseas platform collaboration. In 2022, TradeWaltz successfully conducted the project of “5 country’s digital trade platform linkage” with Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, supported by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
